This pure vanilla extract is produced from selected vanilla beans grown in Tahiti, using a unique cold process method to slowly and gently extract the maximum flavour from the beans without heat damaging the delicate flavours, producing rich and delicious flavour that is unsurpassed. Tahitian pure vanilla is distinctly unique, with a fruity, cherry, and anisic-like flavour profile. It is especially well-suited for use with fruit-based foods, such as fruit pies, ice cream, sorbets, yogurts, and beverages.
