This pure vanilla extract is produced from selected vanilla beans grown in Mexico, using a unique cold process method to slowly and gently extract the maximum flavour from the beans without heat damaging the delicate flavours, producing rich and delicious flavour that is unsurpassed. Mexico is the original source of all vanilla and produces vanilla with a spicy, yet creamy flavour. It complements the flavour of chocolate, cinnamon, and other warm spices and its creaminess cuts the acidity of tomato-based products such as chili and soups.
